OVERVIEW Welcome to Glow Frequency! Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Glow Frequency. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - PRODUCT DISCLOSURE & ACCURACY We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, because our jewelry features natural stones like Black Tourmaline and Seraphinite, variations in color, texture, and size are to be expected. Furthermore, while we curate pieces based on "Frequency" and spiritual intention, our products are for aesthetic and spiritual purposes only and do not guarantee medical or physical healing.

SECTION 2 - FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING Glow Frequency partners with specialized global fulfillment centers to ship items directly to you. By purchasing, you acknowledge that your order may be shipped by a third-party partner. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. Once a package is transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Because orders are sent immediately to our fulfillment partners, we cannot guarantee address changes or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as shipping trackers) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
