We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Because our unique pieces are shipped directly from our specialized fulfillment partners to ensure the best "Frequency," returns are handled directly by the shipping facility.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately. Since we work with external shipping partners, we need to notify them right away to process your replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once the shipping company receives and inspects your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
