Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times Glow Frequency partners with specialized global fulfillment centers to deliver your order. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Origins Your order may be shipped from one of our fulfillment partners located domestically or internationally. This allows us to bring you unique, curated products at the best possible value.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Glow Frequency is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at momma.overstreet0714@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
